Apart from quick turnarounds, we realise that our products need to run on high speed filling lines. We ensure error free supplies to enable your packaging lines to run at their optimum speeds. We work with your manufacturing and warehouse team to understand their needs in terms of final product packaging, labeling and delivery.

Security

Your artworks and products are held in the greatest of security, no information is passed to any unauthorized person. Manufacturing is done in gated secure premises with 24×7 CCTV surveillance. Process wastage is destroyed and disposed as per GMP norms.

Precision

Years of expertise of handling a variety of substrates and complex finishing ensures you get the highest precision in both printing and the quality of the finished product. Our dedicated quality control oversees and approves each process of manufacturing and the finished material prior to dispatch to various locations worldwide.

Infrastructure

We don’t compromise on our equipment. The latest offset presses from Heidelberg and Komori and converting equipment from Perfecta, Bobst and GUK are housed in our twin sites covering a collective area of over forty thousand square feet. Our prepress department is equipped with PC and Mac workstations with the latest graphic and nesting software. The AGFA Apogee workflow fires CTP plates on our FFEI platesetter. From proofing to packing, all services are inhouse.
